This Privacy Policy explains how AionicsAI ("we", "us", or "our"), a Swiss company, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Revela — our AI-powered real estate CRM available on the web and as a mobile application (the "Service").
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Revela, we may collect the following categories of data:
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), agency affiliation, role, and profile settings.
- CRM content you provide: contacts, buyers, tenants, owners, listings, deals, activities, notes, conversations, and related business records entered by you or your agency.
- Files and attachments: photos, documents, and other media you upload to listings, contacts, or the Revela assistant.
- Assistant interactions: prompts, messages, and attachments you send to the Revela assistant so we can generate responses.
- Voice assistant audio: when you use a spoken conversation with the Revela assistant, we process your microphone audio and the resulting transcript.
- Device and usage data: app version, device model, operating system, approximate technical logs, and how you use the Service (for reliability, security, and product improvement).
- Location data: when you use maps or location features for listings or agenda items, we may process location information you provide or that your device shares with the app.
- Notifications: on mobile, a push token so we can deliver notifications you have enabled.
- Authentication data: session cookies on the web, and a securely stored access token on mobile.
3. How we use information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Revela web and mobile applications.
- Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
- Store and display your agency's CRM data as instructed by your organization.
- Power AI features, including the Revela assistant.
- Send transactional emails (for example password reset or invitations).
- Deliver push notifications you have opted into.
- Diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4. Legal bases
Where the EU/UK GDPR or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, support), consent (where required, for example certain device permissions), and legal obligation.
6. Storage and security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure password hashing. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account or agency workspace remains active, and for a limited period afterwards as needed for backups, legal claims, or compliance. CRM records are retained according to your agency's use of the Service. You or your agency administrator may request deletion as described below.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and Swiss FADP), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you use Revela through an agency account, some requests may need to be handled by your agency administrator, who controls the workspace data.
9. Children
Revela is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International transfers
AionicsAI is established in Switzerland. Your information may be processed in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, or other countries where our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
